Delivery & Payment
1. Payment Methods
Payment by Invoice (Bank Transfer) This is our primary payment method. After placing an order, our manager will send an invoice to your email or via instant messenger.
Payment Terms:
Recipient: Payment is made to the company’s official bank account.
Eligibility: Available to individuals, sole proprietors (FOP), and legal entities.
Documentation: A complete set of accounting documents is provided with the goods.
Shipment: Goods are dispatched only after the funds have been successfully received in the company’s account.
2. Equipment Reservations & Prepayment
For specific equipment items or custom-ordered goods, a partial prepayment is required to secure the reservation.
Prepayment Amount: Between 30% and 50% of the total product cost.
Reservation: The product is officially reserved for the customer once the prepayment is confirmed.
Settlement: Final payment must be settled before shipment or strictly upon receipt (as coordinated with the manager).
Full Payment Rule: Shipment is carried out only after the order is fully paid.
3. Delivery Options
Due to the specialized nature of our equipment (large dimensions and heavy weight), we use specialized delivery methods. The optimal option is coordinated individually by your manager after the order is placed.
Delivery by Transport Companies (Freight Carriers)
Best for bulky and heavy equipment.
Advantages:
Optimized shipping costs for heavy cargo.
Safe transportation of specialized machinery.
Options for delivery to a carrier warehouse or directly to the customer’s address.
Cost Calculation: Calculated individually based on distance, weight, and cargo dimensions.
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days, depending on the destination region.
Self-Pickup
You may pick up the goods directly from our warehouse after coordination.
Advantages:
Zero delivery costs.
Opportunity to inspect the equipment before final receipt.
Immediate availability of goods.
Note: The exact pickup address and time must be agreed upon with the manager in advance.
4. Preparation & Shipment Timeline
We follow a structured process to ensure your equipment arrives safely:
Confirmation: Delivery method and logistics are agreed upon.
Invoicing: An invoice is issued for payment.
Preparation: Once funds are received, the goods undergo final preparation for shipment.
Processing Time: Preparation usually takes 1–3 business days.
Important Information
Due to the high value and specialized dimensions of the equipment:
Shipment without prior payment is not possible.
All delivery logistics are arranged individually to ensure the best rates and safety.
The exact shipping cost will be communicated and confirmed before final payment and dispatch.
